Dehkhoda Persian Courses Graduation Policy

The final mark is out of 100 which includes: 20 marks from your Farsi class participation, 40 marks from your mid-term exam, and 40 marks from your Farsi final exam.
- The passing score for a Persian learner is 70 or above. These people receive a graduation certificate.
- A score of 69 or less is considered as failed and the student will need to repeat the course. These people do not receive a graduation certificate.

You can receive your Farsi graduation certificate after the final exam only if you inform our colleague in room # 63 a week before the exam day. Otherwise, your certificate will be prepared a week after the exam.
- In case you have more than five inexcusable absences, you will not be granted a Persian graduation certificate. Therefore, you are required to repeat the Farsi course in case you need the certificate.
Farsi Classes Rules

Dehkhoda minimum Farsi course enrollment policy: Classes with less than 5 students enrolled, will be canceled.

Ladies are obliged to wear their scarves inside Dehkhoda.

You are highly advised NOT to talk to strangers inside the Dehkhoda building.

You are not allowed to take unregistered people, as guests, to your Farsi class without the prior permission of the Education Section.

Farsi learning students are not allowed to change their class without the prior permission of the Education Section.

Farsi learning students are not allowed to smoke inside the Dehkhoda building.
